Noam Wiesenberg is known in the New York music scene as a skilled and confident bass player as well as an exquisite composer and arranger. After the release of his highly acclaimed debut album "Roads Diverge" in 2018, bassist, composer and arranger Noam Wiesenberg will release his second album "NeoNomadic" in October 2023.

His new album "NeoNomadic" – with Philip Dizack (trumpet), Charles Altura (guitar), Michael King (piano), Kush Abadey (drums) and special guest Melissa Aldana (tenor saxophone) – is the result of Wiesenberg's process of reflection on the meaning of the word "home" during the Covid lockdowns in Brooklyn. His creative process is a synthesis of the many places that Noam calls home and the journeys he makes between them. The second album by Noam, who hails from Tel Aviv, is inspired by his Mediterranean roots, the language of flamenco traditions, his decades-long engagement with black American music and his years of experience making music in various genres.

As a sought-after bassist, Wiesenberg has worked in bands led by the most important and outstanding artists of the present, including: Jeff "Tain" Watts, Antonio Sanchez, Ari Hoenig, Chano Dominguez, Camila Meza, Shai Maestro, Immanuel Wilkins and more.
