Three years after the release of her last studio album, Björk is back impressively. Björk's new music is relaxed, dramatic, harmonious and beautiful - unmistakably Björk, and yet once again new, unexpected and far ahead of its time.

As always, listening well is the order of the day with Björk's music - and you will experience many surprises on Medulla. So some tracks on it do completely without instrumentation, instead featuring guests such as Rahzel (The Roots), Mike Patton (ex Faith No More), Mark Bell, Robert Wyatt and others lent their voices to this work.
