“Thinking Heart” by Andrea Longato presents a compelling fusion of jazz elements alongside eclectic musical styles that demonstrate both his creative brilliance and his refined artistic skills. Six original compositions across the album showcase various musical moods through inspiration drawn from Bill Frisell and Wayne Krantz and Daniel Lanois. Originally hailing from Italy, guitarist and composer Andrea Longato has since moved to New York where he’s been sharing his highly original jazz sound. With a career that’s included collaborations across pop, rock, funk and theatre, Andrea has earned a reputation as a versatile and imaginative musician, whose musical vision is truly expansive.

From performing with Broadway star Jeremy Jordan and pop icon Deborah Cox to working alongside Stewart Matthewman of Sade and singer-songwriter Ron Pope, Andrea’s ability to adapt and excel in diverse musical settings has been incredible. His music has even made its way to the soundtracks of Disney Channel and Lifetime productions, showcasing his knack for blending composed and improvised elements into a fluid and engaging sound.
