Description
In this short course, I guide you through several sequential, and well-structured activities for successfully setting up a project: Setting up a project includes properly naming the project and updating key project fields, setting the project start date, learning about the project window environment, and creating calendar exceptions. Finally, you will learn about creating tasks, adding fields or columns, automatic and manual tasks, and the work break down structure.

In summary, this course is for individuals interested in learning about setting up a project schedule properly, project window, project tasks, project columns and the work breakdown schedule (WBS).

Please lookout for my new courses. Due to the extensity of the materials involved in creating a complete course, I have decided to divide the entire course into separate sections.
