The Lessons I learned in Silicon Valley on building startups that lead me to create a startup foundry
Starting startups is risky. Founders take a huge amount of risk to start something innovative from scratch. They do whatever it takes to succeed before they run out of time and cash. And this may put them in a position that they are taken advantage of by investors, lawyers, and their co-founders. This is what happened to me when I moved to Silicon Valley to start my first start up.
The experiences and insights that I gained lead me to create Corpodex, a startup foundry that builds startups. It is a system designed to explore, test, and build new innovative tech ideas in a more efficient way.
In this course, you will learn the core ideas behind building Corpodex. They include crowdsourcing new ideas from customers, co-creating with customers, selling an idea before building a product through kickstarter-like campaigns, rapid prototyping, building multiple ideas in parallel that have technology or customer-base overlap, killing bad ideas and spinning off the ones that get traction, etc.
