This is a beginner six six sigma yellow and green belt and minitab course, useful if you want a six sigma for dummies type experience.
We cover statistics for six sigma, six sigma process capability, statistical process control, process capability (including process capability calculation), and measurement system analysis and evaluation. We look at some msa studies you can conduct. We show you type 1 gage study, gage r&r study, and gage bias and linearity study. For statistical process control we will look at the XBar-R and how to choose the appropriate control chart. For the process capability section, the main lesson will have you looking at a comprehensive capability analysis.
While you learn six sigma methodology, you will also get minitab training. We will show you how to use minitab.
