This course offers a detailed look at the PRINCE2® processes. Processes are an important part of the PRINCE2® project management method, as they point out the responsibilities and actions that need to be taken in order to create an adequate control structure for your project. This course will focus on the different actions, responsibilities, artifacts, and triggers for each of the seven PRINCE2® processes, but will also focus on the rationale behind each processes and explain what project management challenges are countered by the use of each of the PRINCE2® processes. After this course, your knowledge of the PRINCE2® processes will be up to practitioner level, and you will be able implement the PRINCE2® processes in your own projects.
