The 4+ series of aircraft titles is aimed at aviation enthusiasts and plastic modellers, bringing together a selection of quality printed photographs and details. Each monograph is a comprehensive and accurate account of a particular aeroplane and the titles range from World War I to the post war period, mainly including RAF/FAA aircraft but also featuring Soviet-designed machines.
Each title includes a type history and technical description, production overview, armament & equipment description, camouflage details, colour and black & white photos (both period pictures and shots of current preserved machines), colour or tone camouflage profile drawings, a pull-out colour poster, cockpit interior drawings, and sheets of 1/72 or 1/48 scale plans (made using the original factory drawings and measurement of actual aircraft).
