Hans Ørberg's Lingua Latina per se Illustrata is the worldwide reference for learning Latin via the "Natural Method". The reader first learns grammar and then vocabulary through contextual reading and an innovative system of marginal notes. It is to date the only manual giving apprentices the possibility of learning without translation, but allowing them to think and reflect in this language.
