THE COURSE
In this course we will learn to play our first 100 rhythms on the drums.
We will start by looking at the basic sounds of the instrument and the study method with which we will learn the different rhythms. The study method is a very easy and intuitive system in which we associate numbers with each sound of the instrument.
Once we have seen the basic sounds and the study method, we will start with the rhythms. We will see rhythms in the two most common rhythmic meters, 3/4 and 4/4. This is a selection of the most common rhythms used in the most popular musical genres such as rock, pop, hip-hop, reggae, funk, blues…
