    Description
In this course, a numerous amount of AWS services will be highlighted that will help you understand what DevOps engineers do in their day-to-day jobs and help you land your first DevOps engineering job.

The Cloud Resume Challenge is a hands-on project designed to help you bridge the gap from cloud certification to cloud job. It incorporates many of the skills that real cloud and DevOps engineers use in their daily work.

Who can complete the Cloud Resume Challenge?
Short answer: anybody! It’s a fun way to level up your cloud skills, even if you’re already a professional.
(It’s extra impressive coming from people brand-new to cloud, though!)

By completing this challenge, you will understand something about full-stack software development, version control, infrastructure as code (IaaC), automation, continuous integration and delivery, cloud services and “serverless”, application security, and networking. And you’ll have learned by doing, because I didn’t give you enough instructions to figure any of this out without going down some late-night rabbit holes. Most importantly, you will have demonstrated the number-one skill in a cloud engineer’s toolbox: the ability to learn fast and google well.

Lastly, the goal of the CRC was to set people new to cloud a REAL challenge: not to give them a paint-by-numbers tutorial, but to lay out a spec that would require them to open a bunch of search tabs, stay up late, go down rabbit holes, and learn through pain. It self-selects for people who are self-motivated and know how to learn.

    Who this course is for:
Beginner DevOps enthusiasts wanting to break into the field.
ZERO experience with Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery expected!
ZERO experience with the Cloud expected
