It may be very difficult to find a copy of this book but it will be well worth the effort. This book helps to clarify what is an extremely convoluted subject. Don't attempt any serious look at MAPI or Exchange without having this book.
Do NOT attempt any MAPI-based development without having read this book - and keep it near your keyboard throughout. It contains many tips, examples, and good advice that are not documented elsewhere but that will save you lots of time. Rapidly becoming a very well-worn reference on my bookshelf
