Dom Kane is a true master at music production. His long list of accolades are not only in releasing music alongside top artists for some of the biggest labels, he already has a long list of accomplishments in the areas of sound design and sound for film and gaming. When Dom is in the studio, he brings a technical knowledge and sonic authenticity to rank him among the best making music today.
As an artist, 2016 has seen Dom Kane signed to Mau5trap, with his music having previously been heard globally in DJ sets from the likes of Dave Seaman, Deadmau5, Orbital, and James Zabiela to name a few, with international radio plays on BBC Radio 1 & Sirius (Pete Tong), Capital FM (Andi Durrant), and Apple Beats 1 (Deadmau5). Dom has also engineered for several UK Top 40 acts, recording vocals and instrumentation for artists including Sian Evans (Kosheen), Chris Jones (Armada), and many more. As a DJ, Dom has held residencies at legendary clubs including Space Ibiza and Ministry Of Sound in London.

As a sound designer, the name Dom Kane has appeared in factory presets for synthesisers including FXpansion (D-CAM & Geist), Xfer (Nerve/Serum), Ohm Force (Ohmicide), Cakewalk (Rapture Pro), and the legendary hardware synth company Moog (Animoog, Little Phatty, Slim Phatty, Sub 37 Tribute). Since Dom Kane was featured with an Artist Series sample pack on Loopmasters back in 2008, his sound banks and samples have appeared in studios worldwide via his own label Quantum Loops too.

The past few years alone saw Dom Kane ascending fast amongst the ranks of House music producers: his singles and remixes topping the online Top 40 (Signal Rejected, Space, Blagger); as well as having a full artist feature and front cover DVD in Future Music Magazine, and Computer Music Magazine. Ministry Of Sound TV have released several worldwide exclusive previews of his work across their networks, gaining over 20,000 plays in in the space of hours on the MOS YouTube channel, and his music was featured in the League Of Legends global gaming competition with millions of plays to just his tracks alone.

His music has appeared on TV channels including; Sky1 (Got To Dance), Sky Sports (Football Saturday, Super Saturday, Golf 2013, Trans World Sport), Disney Channel (Music Video, Teen Beach Movie, Phineas & Ferb, Where’s My Water), Channel 4 (Embarrassing Bodies), TV3 Norway (Norway’s Next Top Model, Paradise Hotel, Tonarsbossen), E4 (Geeks, Made In Chelsea), Channel 5 (Takes A Thief To Catch A Thief, Celebrity Big Brother, CBB Big On The Side), BT Sport (Football 2013, Football 2014), TV USA (NFL Football), STM Sweden (Aina, Top Model Sverige), Canal+ (Sportmania), ABC Australia (From Mao To Now), 4Seven (Secret Life Of Students), E! (News Live).

In his course for FaderPro, Dom goes in depth into the techniques he has used to create a sound that is at the forefront of the cutting-edge. With a deep knowledge base in synths and sound design, he demonstrates how to incorporate a unique, one of a kind, “human” touch to your productions. No matter what genre of music you are making, what synths or DAW you use, you will take away valuable lessons to use in your own music and projects.
