    Description
Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Parts Work is one of the most popular modalities right now for working with clients, especially in the trauma space. But what does it actually look like to use this modality in the field?

This course is built to help professionals who have some cursory knowledge of IFS / Parts Work but want to take their knowledge around this to the next level. It's especially useful for people who have already ready some of the basic textbooks or who have attended trainings as well. While both of these resources are excellent, books and trainings often gloss over the more difficult aspects of this work - especially when working with client systems that don't "follow the rules" as professionals do in training spaces.

I am a Certified Level 3 IFS Practitioner who specializes in working with men who feel chronically "not enough" and struggle with intense shame, self-criticism, and often some sort of coping mechanism along for the ride. Most of my clients would be described as high-achievers and those around them would be shocked to learn how they feel about themselves internally. I've worked in this space for over a decade with IFS as my main intervention since completing my Level 1 in 2021. My primary trainers have been Paul Ginter (L1), Pam Krause (L2), and Dick Schwartz (L3).

My goal is to share what I've learned after doing this work with men for years so that you can deliver high-quality IFS / Parts Work as efficiently as possible. My goal is to provide an introduction to the model specifically for professionals that focuses on real-life application.

    Who this course is for:
    - Therapists, coaches, and other allied professionals working 1-on-1 with clients
