Headspace provides guided meditation sessions and mindfulness training.
Headspace was founded in May 2010, by Andy Puddicombe and Rich Pierson. Puddicombe is a former Buddhist monk, and Pierson has a background in marketing and new brand development.
The techniques taught through the program combine elements of both calming and insight meditation.
Foundational (Take) Series
The easiest way to learn meditation and mindfulness. Start the Headspace program by completing these 3 levels, each with 10 sessions.
