Growing and Knowing is designed to meet the needs of professionals working with children and their books. A selection on electronic formats rounds this part off. The second section focuses on 'The Professional: Knowing and Growing', providing ideas for book promotion within the children's library or school library and classroom. This section covers the selection of books for children from different ethnic groups throughout the world.
