    In this course you will learn to do a company valuation using free cash flow model along with price multiples.

    You will learn about the WACC, free cash flows, DCF, time-value-of-money, creating a financial forecast and selecting input variables in the FCF model. It will also cover the forces that affect valuations as well as the risks that are inherent in the stock market - and how to measure these risks.

    The course will cover several price multiples, how to do a proper company comparison and how to have a view on whether a company is over- or under valued.

    In this 4-hour course I will walk-through step-by-step valuation of a globally well-known company to demonstrate the course material. This will give you a practical perspective on how to do valuations. The course will also pinpoint some of the most common pitfalls in doing valuations. Special emphasis will be place on combining the methods of FCF models and price multiple in reaching a valuation conclusion.

    Students will get two Excel valuation models which they can use to do their own valuations.

    This course is ideal for students, investors, business owners, managers and those who want to brush up on prior learning on this subject.
