This course talks about Charging Technology of Electric Vehicle (EV).

Different types of charging are used like AC Charging, DC Charging, Wireless Charging, Slow Charging, Fast Charging and so on.

Students are able to understand the differences between those charging methods and also they will know about the On Board Charging technology.

Different EV uses different capacity of batteries. To reduce the charging time, different capacity of OBC are required to charge the corresponding batteries. Along with that, weight need to be limited and safety measures also taken care.

They also able to find the suitable rating of On Board Charger required for a particular EV. This course also describes about the design procedure for OBC.
