Smudging tools like sage, Palo Santo, or Florida Water. A few healing crystals (especially for chakra work and protection). A clipboard or journal for taking session notes. Water, candles (unscented or flameless) . This course will guide you step-by-step, making it fully accessible even if you’ve never done energy work before. All techniques are taught clearly and intuitively.
