This is part two of a 5 part course designed to give you all the skills and knowledge necessary to qualify for entry level IT support positions. Students who complete this course will have a strong foundation in networking and technology in general and will have a strong basis for understanding all the necessary aspects of Information Technology to progress and excel in the field.
