Having meaningful and impactful relationships are critical to succeeding in your job and advancing in your career. They are also proven to be incredibly beneficial for overall personal well-being and employee engagement. And many people choose to work because of the opportunities to meet and engage with other people.

While most people know about the importance of having strong relationships, many people often struggle to A) understand how to go about building them and B) how to make time and space to cultivate relationships with others, especially in today's ever changing world of work.
But how do you prioritize the relationships you want to build, and strategically strengthen relationships that lead to successful outcomes for yourself and others?

In this course, learners will gain specific tactics and practices for authentically building relationships, and create a strategic relationship roadmap they can implement so they can intentionally cultivate high impact relationships to improve effectiveness and achieve goals.
