Centralized management of your workloads is crucial when many components are in place and especially when they need to scale up. This course will teach you tools and techniques to manage workloads on EC2 instances using AWS Systems Manager.
What you'll learn
Working with many EC2 instances or workloads in general requires central management to ease many tasks. In this course, AWS Automation with CLI and Systems Manager, you’ll learn to automate tasks at scale in AWS environments with the AWS CLI and AWS SSM.
First, you’ll explore how the AWS CLI authenticates against AWS API and how to build automations from your terminal. Next, you’ll discover AWS Systems Manager and how to connect nodes to it, making them available for management. Finally, you’ll learn how to run automations from the central console in AWS SSM.
When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of automation at scale with AWS CLI and AWS SSM needed to efficiently manage workloads and nodes at scale.
