Matt Clark

A serial entrepreneur turned investor, Matt is driven by idea that you don’t have to put your family or your future in jeopardy to start and run a successful business. A graduate of the #1-ranked undergraduate entrepreneurship program in the United States, the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston, Matt graduated summa cum laude with a double-major in finance and entrepreneurship.

After a stint in corporate finance, he founded his first business at the age of 22 and grew that business into a multi-million dollar, industry-leading enterprise with thousands of products. Over the next four years, he launched and grew three more multi-million dollar businesses focused on bottom line profitability. Matt is now hyper-focused on practical things that business owners can do to drive growth and profitability, which he considers the true measure of any business. Learning and teaching these practices has become Matt’s personal passion and the mission of Amazing.com. He has authored numerous articles for some of the world’s most respected business publications, including Forbes, Business.com, and Under30CEO. Matt is determined to teach would-be entrepreneurs all over the world how to start and run a business without making the same catastrophic mistakes as nearly eighty percent of those who try.


Jason Katzenback

A veteran of the online product industry, Jason is driven a by the ever-present desire to both chart his own course and help others do the same. A serial entrepreneur, author, and speaker, Jason builds businesses to break boundaries – both of his own making and the making of others. He initially attended college to become an engineer but realized shortly after starting down that career path that he wanted and needed more out of life. Like too many others, he felt like he was suffocating. In 2005, he launched his first multi-million dollar business. Like co-founder Matt Clark, his life since has been about understanding what really works best in business and figuring out how to impart that knowledge to others. Teaching and mentoring is what brings him to the office day after day when he has the freedom to go anywhere and do anything. Jason splits his time between Austin, Texas and Ontario, Canada, where he lives with his wife Charlene and their two daughters.
