Description
One of the biggest mistakes most parents make is to think that you have to be a clinician or therapist to gauge and assess the child's well-being and therefore most just wait. This leads in most cases to your child's mental health getting even worse and much longer and more difficult recovery.
You as a parent are actually in an incredibly powerful position to recognise the warning signs so you don't make the mistakes of waiting with a few things to know and some practical tools you can learn this too.
I'm Katrin Viella and a mental health training expert for parents with 25 years experience and offer a 2 hour self-paced course where you can learn all the essentials about mental health from a non clinical perspective and also the practical steps of evaluating your child's well-being. You also get access to a practical evaluation sheet that you can use again and again. I teach you how to use this best and this might just become one of the most helpful tools for your role as a parent. I walk you through the steps and principles in an easy to understand format, so you can be ready for any situation.
