It can also cause physical symptoms such as pain, crampy stomach and your heart beating too first. For some individuals when they start having such symptoms it becomes the main point of concern.

Anxiety can make one not to perform at the place of work, you will be unable to cope and also it can affect the relationship between one and the friends. Anxious individuals also feel depressed.
