In this course you will get access to series of classes of 30-40 min lenght that are complete on their own, but they are also comprehensively built upon each other. They are designed for very beginners - it takes a very beginner form initial brush strokes to complex paintings.These series are built up in a way that it takes a very beginner through art fundamentals which are important to understand and are essentails for creating art and also essentials for mastering the wonderful medium of watercolors. As a professional art teacher, I am passionate about teaching art fundamentals for very beginners to build a stable and deep knowledge and understanding on which they can build later on.The series are constantly in production: there are 4 episodes available now:In the first episode, "The Watercolor Painting Series -Monochrome Botanical Patterns" within Art Theory we will cover PATTERNS and BRUSH CONTROL, within Color Theory we will explore the MONOCHROME and we make sure you can use some art terminology correctly, like HUE, VALUE, SHADE, TINT, TONE. Our trending topic is BOTANICALS.In the second episode: "The Watercolor Painting Series - Analogous Geometric Patterns" within Art Theory we will discuss WHITE SPACE and GEOMETRY, within Color Theory we will explore the COLOR WHEEL, COLOR HARMONIES and the ANALOGOUS COLOR PALETTE and our trending topic is DIAMONDS:)In the third episode: "The Watercolor Painting Series: NEUTRALISED LINEAR LANDSCAPES" we will learn about stylisation, the neutralising color palettes and the composition of landscape paintings. We are going to create trending landscapes in three topics: Water, Sky and Mountains.In these first three classes, all the projects are chosen to be simple, with super simple painting techniques so that beginners can acquire the knowledge without being distracted by complicated tasks. We are focusing on painting simple shapes, brush control and color, to be able to master the medium itself with easy topics and techniques. After these fundamentals are mastered, we can enter more complicated topics as perspective, dimensions, shadows and light. The 4th episode focuses on light and shadow. This is the first time we enter dimensions: "The Watercolor Painting Series - Semi-Realistic Complementary Donuts" covers the topics like: composition of a whole piece, how to paint light, how to paint shadows, the complementary color scheme and uses the topic of DONUTS, yummi:)The content is constantly growing!
