    Description
    The course aims to help improving everyone's communication and negotiation skills, through an original approach that considers negotiation as a performance. As every performance, it can be divided into different areas in which you can improve your level: physical, mental, technical and athletic area. Only considering negotiation in this way can allow us to become complete communicators. Otherwise, we will be deficient in one of its forming parts.Along the way, useful tools are shared in order to raise the quality of every communicative dynamic.Communicating, in fact, involves numerous aspects that do not only concern the words we pronounce, but rather our ability to create a climate of ease and safety within the interlocutors. Basically, we need to be able to feel safe within our communicative meetings. Only a safe zone can open the doors to agreements and negotiations. When we don't feel safe, we will try to escape from the situation that makes us uncomfortable.Each work area will have a theoretical part of support  (inspired by the discoveries in the neuroscientific field, by the theatrical pedagogy and by behavioral and evolutionary psychology) and numerous practical exercises that you can train independently.Training and repetition of these exercises will allow you to integrate them into your daily life as a valuable aid in various life situations.
