Cash Flow Statement

Balance Sheet

Depreciation Schedule

Working Capital Schedule

Debt Schedule

In the first part of the course, we will look at the historical income statement and use some advanced techniques to project the income statement. You will also learn how to apply those techniques in your own financial models and analyses.

In the second part of the course, we will look at basic accounting concepts to help you understand the link between the income statement, cash flow statement, and the balance sheet. We will also look at the historical cash flow statement, and how to project depreciation, changes in operating working capital items, CAPEX, dividends, and share repurchases.

In the third part of the course, we will look at the historical balance sheet. We will use the cash flow statement to project the balance sheet and once our balance sheet balances we will proceed to project debt, interest expense and interest income.

The assumptions we have used in the course are not 100% accurate and are debatable. And we welcome the debate. However, the goal is to help you understand and grasp the techniques and the logic behind constructing a sound financial model so that you can use them in your own models and analyses.

The course is easy and will also teach you how to read financial statements of companies like a pro! The investment you make in this course will be worth it. There is no prior knowledge or experience required to take this course. Your hunger to learn is only required.
