    Human beings are created to face adversities or challenges at a point in our life, l must say  that no body pray for troubles or problems. At a point in our life we all need survival skills to enable as to cope in a situation that we will find ourselves, this survival techniques or strategies may be use basically in order to save and sustain life in any kind of natural environment or built environment. In times of challenges, the most important basic necessities is what we want so that it can sustain our life for us to pool true, such as food, water and shelter. In times of disaster situations its not about the basic necessities of life but now its about the ability to even live in situations such as earthquake etc. being lost in a forest and you cannot find your way home for a couple of days without basic amenities, this are time that demand that individuals should learn now so that in such a challenging  times and circumstances we are able to develop all the needed surviving skills to aid as pool through in all areas and come out successfully. One area that we have all taken for granted that am part is knowing more about first aid, this are areas we turn to take for granted but is a very important way to protect one selves during a time of crisis or injury in the wilderness. The basic thing like how to treat our wound during critical stages are the essential remainders why we all should know more now about first aid.How we can create shelter in the forest during survival times is very essential in ensuring that, we can use cave in the forest to sleep or use wood and some leaves to built our own shelter and sleep there whilst we find a way to come home. l must say that food and fire and water are the most present need when one want to survive at any critical stage, this is sure for everybody but another thing we all forget about is the preparation of the individual mind, the mind processes are very critical to survival, at a point the will to live or death is in the stage of the mind preparedness, this is why all of us should  be mentally and physically prepared to ensure that we are strong to face any challenges that we find ourselves in. Let all of us be strong and less stressful so that we can stand such situations and built on our survival skills.
