Journaling is the panacea to help us keep the record. Basically journaling is a written record of our thought and feelings.The most important thing is that there are no  rules or regulation for journaling, you can do it as long as it suit you and you can retrieve the information when you need it for decision taking either at work or for your personal or relationship life or issues. The fundamental thing about journaling is that its a good way to aid as track our everyday life. It also aid as to figure out whet makes as happy or upset, its also help as to create connection with ourselves, which is equally important as creating connection with our families and our friends. If one is very observant you can see that looking back to your own journal how you were able to overcome your personal problems and you can track patterns, improvement and changes that have happen overtime.When you look at your journal you will see how you gain the strength and the confidence to solve a particular challenges, and how you move forward with your own life with vigor and believe that you will succeed at any cost. How to start journaling should not be a burden for gaining the best in journaling you can just start simply by write on just a piece of paper to test how best it can be down and then progress further into journal and doing it online too. There are so many types of journals such as gratitude journal, food journal and even pregnancy journal etc. With my personal experience l know that every serious business minded person have adopted journaling because it has a place in aiding business success.
