    Let's admit it. We all have black pepper at home. And it's nice. But compared to other spices, it seems less vibrant and exotic. Somehow it feels so … normal. Well, I'm here to change that.This course is a deep dive into the world of pepper. Not only will we cover the different types of pepper and how to use them, you'll also get insight into the history of pepper and how to use it to its fullest.First, we'll look into the history of pepper and we'll answer the question, how pepper grows and where it comes from.After that, we'll learn a loose system to classify our peppers. During the main part of the course we'll learn about the main categories of pepper, namely Black, White, Red and Green.Along the way, We'll go through a couple of different recipes where we can test our new knowledge of pepper. And trust me, these recipes are not some standard recipes with pepper added to them. They are far more creative than that and you'll learn a ton by trying them out.After this course you'll know about 15 different types of peppers, as well as the unique characteristics of each.
