Description
This course is designed for anyone who wants to take the
IELTS exam and achieve a satisfactory score in the speaking test. No experience
or knowledge about the IELTS speaking test is required to take this course.
This course will provide complete knowledge and practical examples so that you
can have effective strategies to approach the often-dreaded speaking test with
confidence. You will be assured that you will be well-prepared for questions on
a variety of topics and you will know how exactly you should respond and tackle
questions in your test.
Section 1 will give you full information on how the speaking
test is structured and marked. You will learn how to achieve a better score in
different parts of the test through detailed explanations and clear examples.
In Section 2, you find out what expressions you should use
in different contexts of your speaking test. For example, you’ll learn what to
say when you have nothing to say, how to fill silence during your test and how
to stall for time.
The third section is all about intelligible pronunciation.
Typical pronunciation mistakes will be discussed and exemplified and you’ll
learn how to avoid them.
Finally, the last section will be a sneak peek of a real IELTS
exam. You’ll watch how a candidate responds to questions of different topics in
