    Are you interested in breaking into the exciting, dynamic world of recruiting? Are you a student who is wondering if recruiting is right for you? Are you a recruiting coordinator or other early-career recruiting professional who is looking to up your game and attract more, better and diverse candidates?Look no further. I’m Elizabeth and I’m a Technical Recruiter. I LOVE my job and I want to help others break into the field as well. I’ve learned so much over the course of my recruiting career so I wanted to create some courses that would help others do so as well. This is the course that I wish someone had made for me to get the lay of the land.Recruiting is both an art and a science and this course will help you gain an understanding of the field.In this first course, I’ll give you a big picture of the recruiting field including: some best practices regarding how to create a positive candidate experience, employer branding must-haves, how to manage relationships with hiring managers and some tools that I use along the way.
