    This course is designed to enable you understand and be able to apply the principles, tools and techniques in quality management with the goal of ensuring continuous excellence in your business and operational processes. The course is sectioned into 6 parts - process improvement foundations, leadership excellence for the quality systems, root cause analysis, the lean enterprise, benchmarking and kaizen methodologies.Process Improvement FoundationsThe objective of management is to make improvements—not only to products and services but also to entire processes.
