A Production Support Engineer is the person who takes care of Application and production support activities. With Minimum Software Skills required: Oracle SQL, Unix shell scripting, Ticketing Tool Knowledge. Good to have: Java or Python (Web Spring frameworks). Also Unix Linux commands are very useful in writing an automation unix scripts (Ksh / Sh/ Bash).
