The study presented in this project work has been designed with the sole aim of assessing the performance of a CODAG turbine using a programing language, for a ship propulsion application purposes. Obviously, the need for automation in the analysis of the efficiency of a CODAG turbine is needed in our 21st century. In point of fact, JAVA programming codes were tendered to analyze the afore mention problem. It was discovered that the efficiency of the CODAG turbine depends mainly on the inlet temperature and compression ratio. In this project work, the analysis of diesel engine, GT and a combination of both systems efficiency have been gradually elaborated conspicuously.
