Nancy is a lonely human in a world ruled by Werewolves. She's overworked and underpaid with an emphasis on both. Exhausted by the monotony, she signs up for a complimentary dance class, where inhibitions — and clothes — are optional. She doesn't know what to expect except that it will be an experience she will never forget.
Nothing would have prepared her for the powerful Alpha Werewolf who is only too eager to put her at his mercy, seizing control of her body and her mind.
~~~~~ Excerpt ~~~~~
Michael feels a little bad about portraying his secretary in such a bad light. It's not her fault he hadn't signed the papers. He hates John with a passion and wanted him to suffer. It's a petty reason, really, but he can't help it.
The man had looked down on him his entire life and only came grovelling back when he realized that Michael is only going to be more successful and influential in the years to come.
It had come as a disappointment to him to learn that John had handed the project to someone else. He was looking forward to adding fuel to the fire and turning him into the most hated man in the city.
So, when Nancy waltzed into the office, he had fully intended on making life hell for her until she quit her job and ran crying back to the office to hand the project back to John.
Except she is nothing like what he had expected.
His wolf had perked up with interest the moment he caught her scent, sweet and tempting, like warm coffee on a cold, rainy morning.
She's beautiful, young, and vibrant in all the right ways. To make matters worse, her scent calls out to his wolf and he finds himself standing too close to her the moment she walked in, all sense of personal space abandoned in favor of basking in her scent. He wants to pin her up against the wall and take her.
It is, perhaps, even more terrible that she's smart, making all the necessary changes on the paper to expedite the demolition process. The only reason he had denied it earlier was for petty reasons and it appears she's onto those excuses. He is only too willing to do whatever she wants.
He wonders if she is as efficient in bed as she is at her job.
