Let's improve your English communication skills. This course is designed to help you reach your next level of English proficiency.The course features three sections:1- Grammar Focus: Review basic grammar structures to build a solid foundation in the language.2- Fluency Booster: Increase your vocabulary as you study selected linguistic elements that include: phrasal verbs, conjunctions, prepositions, adverbs, etc. By learning these you will increase your fluency and comprehension.3- English in Action: Now we put the vocabulary and grammar into action to build your reading and listening comprehension skills. Each lesson features a short text. Target vocabulary is highlighted and explained. I have also designed a listening activity for each text. Look for the lectures called Listen Up! and test your listening skills. Finally, you will be asked to complete a short writing assignment for each lesson. This is English in Action!In every lesson you will hear English spoken with a clear, neutral Canadian accent.By the end of this course, you should be able to speak and write in English with more confidence for work, for job interviews, and for university exams or the TOEFL and IELTS.
