    Understand the basics of Python
Understand the usage of Sympy and Scipy libraries for solving Mathematics problems
Broaden the knowledge about software available for Mathematics domain
Face the real world Mathematics challenges more confidently

    Description
Welcome to course on “Mathematics with Sympy, Scipy and Python”. In this course the instructor teaches how to use the Sympy, Scipy and Python for real world Mathematical challenges. Instructor starts with Python basics so that students who are not aware of Python can learn Python. Few basic examples are demonstrated before starting with actual use of Sympy, Scipy, Numpy and Matplotlib etc. Intentionally programs are kept at intermediate level to cater to larger audiences. There are 50+ hands on examples in this course so it is combination of Theory and Practical.

Useful resources such as Mathematics Books, Online documentation, Sympy Documentation, Scipy Documentation, Scipy lecture notes are referred frequently so that students are aware where to look for additional complementing information.

Few Microprojects are included along the way to aid students understanding. All the 50+ hands on examples used are downloadable as resources.

Although few scikit learn examples are included, this is not a class on AI/ML or Data Science. Instructor explicitly mentions that so that expectations of students are set in that direction.

At the end of the course following objectives would have been achieved.

Students would have understood Python better

Students would have understood what Sympy and Scipy are and where they can be used

    Solve some real-life Mathematical Challenges.

Face the Mathematics problem more confidently

Understand how Mathematics problem solution with Software augments with existing knowledge

Understand where software outshines the manual Mathematics solving

Students would have had broaden their vision on software for Mathematics.

With that understanding let us start the journey together!
