Dosas – Dosa, otherwise known as Masala Dosa, is a thin pancake originating from South India, made from a fermented batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice.2. Pudi Sabzi – Pudi is a deep-fried bread made from wheat flour. When served with the right sabzi, it can make for a great meal.Evening/ Breakfast Snacks:1. Dahi Wada - Dahi vada is a type of snack that is served along with curd and flavourful chutneys.2.
