It’s also domain specific, which means that you may feel highly confident negotiating a contract but have little confidence leading a new committee.Self-efficacy is also able to be developed. And that, is what this course is all about.Psychologists look at four basic areas when looking at improving self-confidence and eliminating self-doubt:Goals, and Goal Setting, and accomplishing the goals you set.Self-Efficacy or your capacity to act.How Habits control our lives and our feelings about ourselves.And Self-Esteem or how we feel about who we are.In this course we will take a different approach to self-doubt and self-confidence.
