Catalysing Change in Yourself and Others Leading Change is an essential course for anyone involved in bringing about change at an individual, teamer organisational level. It is suitable whether you are an experienced leader or someone transitioning into a leadership role. Change is a constant so being able to lead sustainable change is a key leadership skill. In this course you will learn about why 70% of change fails. The strategies you learn in this course will ensure that the change you lead is part of the 30% which succeeds.
