BEWARE For those of you not familiar with Dr. Greger's work - he is totally against consumption of anything coming from animals, he sometimes tweaks the interpretations or at least - he does not differentiate quality meat/organ meat/free-range eggs from highly processed industrial sh*t… Nevertheless, as I also promote about 75% of diet coming from non-animal sources I find this part of his reviews highly interesting!!!
