In this course, we will look at a little background of fairy tales before diving into some writing activities to create your very own original fairy tale. With references to some known and lesser-known fairy tales to unpack the techniques, characters, and plots used to create the fairy tale, your fairy tale guide, Alyssa, will lead you to create something you will be proud of. In the introduction, we will look at the history and important academics in the world of fairy tales as well as what defines a fairy tale.
