    Learn how to develop your organization’s Workplace Violence Prevention Plan based on the requirements of CA SB 553 – 6401.9.In this Bigger Brain’s course, you’ll learn the key components of section 6401.9 of California’s Labor Code as mandated by CA SB553 and what it means practically for employers and employees in California. In the first section, designed for employees and employers, you’ll learn the elements of an effective Workplace Violence Prevention Plan and a Violent Incident Log, as well as the different types of workplace violence.In the second section, you’ll learn the post-incident protocols, reporting procedures, and steps for accessing and retaining records that you need to establish and convey to employees.
