Led by the wellbeing consultant and burnout expert, Cara de Lange, you will learn how to increase your energy, with her expert methods of slowing down to calm your mind.Participants of this course will develop a healthy relationship with their smartphones and external forces of stress. Through identifying the warning signs of burnout, silencing your inner critic, and setting healthy boundaries with technology, you will ignite self-empowerment routines that can help you live a lighter and restful life.This course is designed for women who are looking to become calmer and aware of the methods that can be used to help reduce worry or anxiety. Everybody deserves to live a life of peace and positivity, and by knowing the proven, scientific techniques to calmness, your stress levels will decrease. "Women's Calm Mind for Wellbeing" course of 85 minutes is split into five training modules, with short informative videos and relaxing evening meditations to guide you along the way.
