This class teaches you the basics of watercolor hand lettering. We will make two compositions to practice different levels of design. You will learn:How to apply hierarchy within your quote using size, font styles and font weight.How to design dynamic looks with different shapes such as rectangles, circles, triangles and play with wavy and skewed layouts for portrait and landscape modes.How to bring your text to life using color, and how to emphasize the message by choosing specific font styles and text display.The basic font types to consider for lettering: serif, sans serif and script.
