Description
In this course, you will begin with Chapter 1 of the Sexual Harassment Prevention series, which provides the foundational knowledge needed to understand and address sexual harassment in the workplace. Over the course of this no-nonsense training, you will gain a clear understanding of your legal obligations without all the complicated legal jargon. You'll receive practical guidance on complying with the law and implementing sexual harassment prevention measures at a supervisory level. In addition to learning how to effectively handle complaints, you’ll develop strategies for mastering difficult conversations and employing effective interview techniques. You’ll also learn how to lead investigations into harassment complaints - covering everything from determining who to interview and what questions to ask, to gathering documents and deciding what action to take. This chapter will also equip you with comprehensive knowledge about all aspects of retaliation, which is the most frequently filed claim with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). You’ll gain a deep understanding of how retaliation manifests and its legal implications, helping you and your business avoid liability and controversy.
