    Sinking legs while swimming freestyle is one of the most common issues we hear about from our swimmers and triathletes.  If you are ready to improve your freestyle technique and are eager to swim farther distances with less effort, this is a great place to start. In this mini course we will go through the top causes of sinking legs while swimming freestyle along with steps to take in the pool in order to adjust your stroke and fix your body position. This is a self paced program that can be done in the pool sessions you already do.Although the course is broken down into three days, the skills portion of the program is meant to be done over multiple pool sessions.The goal is to create muscle memory so a flawless technique becomes second nature.You will receive:digestible easy to follow videosdrill demonstrations in sequential ordera corresponding course handbook with extra tips and drill detailsaccess to Coach Scott should you have any questions or need additional supportAlthough sinking legs are common, they don't need to be the norm!
