    Requirements

    It is open to all levels of experience. No previous experience is required.

    Learning materials will be provided. No extra materials are needed. There will be a resource section at the end for those who want to purchase recommended books or a chart to advance their learning.

    The student will need to be flexible enough to bring the sole of their foot onto their lap in order to access the reflex points. This can be done in a seated position by placing the ankle of one leg on top of the opposite leg just above the knee. The techniques are applied with the fingers and thumb. So, if one has an injury to the hand or fingers it would be best to wait until you are healed to do the treatment.

    The Complete Reflexology Self- Healing System is a healing method based on the science and art of Foot Reflexology. Foot Reflexology has a long history of credibility and efficacy in helping the body achieve a state of balance and well-being. It traces its roots back to ancient China and Egypt and is based on the theory that there are reflex points in the bottom of the feet that relate to each and every part of the body. You can access these reflex points activating a healing response through the energy zones of the body with specialized techniques that you will learn designed to reduce stress, tension and optimize overall health.




    In this class you will learn a self-care and self-healing method that you can use to be proactive in your health care. You will learn through step by step close up demonstrations how to apply all the techniques, understand how reflexology works and what you can do to be more effective. You can practice right along with the instructor so that you understand proper technique and safe body mechanics. Your instructor has 40 years of experience teaching diverse groups of students and working one on one with clients. So, you are in good hands.




    At the end of this course, you will be able to give yourself a complete self-healing session, mini-sessions for when time is short and have life long tools to take charge of your well-being.
